Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements using methodologies like BPMN, UML, and user stories
- Develop comprehensive business cases with ROI projections and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Validate solutions through prototyping and UAT while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable dashboards to track solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio), and visualization platforms
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of at least 3 major transformation projects
