Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to elicit functional requirements for new features
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to validate solution effectiveness
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Strong experience with requirement elicitation and documentation techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful business process improvement projects
