Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and documentation to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project requirements and success metrics
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for technical teams
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Analyze data trends and KPIs to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or corporate environments
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and process mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
