Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Design and maintain process flows, data models, and system architecture documentation
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights to leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PMP strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering techniques
- Demonstrated success in documenting complex systems and processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with healthcare or financial services industries a major plus
