Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a corporate or technology environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
