Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and schedules that align with business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on the timeline.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, engineering, design, and product teams.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reporting for executive leadership.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably within the tech or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
