Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Document detailed requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system solutions aligned with business goals
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Track project KPIs and provide regular performance updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
