- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance metrics

Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with complex software development projects
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira/Confluence tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Track record of delivering projects on time within $1M+ budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
