Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and data models using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions aligned with business objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and KPI dashboards
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solution efficacy
- Conduct root cause analysis and present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
