Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Design and implement data models to support strategic decision-making and KPI tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate project outcomes
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints to ensure timely delivery of business objectives
- Perform quantitative analysis using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology or fintech sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex data transformation projects
