- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a business liaison
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements documentation (BPMN, UML, user stories)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
