Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and use case diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality business requirement documents (BRDs) and technical specifications for the development team.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear understanding of project scope.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the finance or healthcare sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and think critically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
