Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user stories
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Present findings to executive teams through compelling visual reports
- Support Agile development cycles through backlog grooming and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel with advanced functions
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
