Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including requirements specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
