Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through data-driven insights
- Document detailed requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align project objectives
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps and prioritize features
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business needs
- Validate solution delivery through UAT and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech
- Expertise in requirement elicitation methodologies (JAD, MoSCoW)
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling (BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating business needs into technical specifications
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
