Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate technical requirements into clear documentation for development teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and user story refinement
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Conduct ROI analysis and cost-benefit studies for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and maintain best practices in requirements engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or CBAP certification
- Demonstrated success in bridging technical and business teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
