Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate into technical specifications for development teams
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with strategic KPIs
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage project backlogs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with enterprise systems
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and requirements documentation
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare or financial services industries highly valued
