Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Validate solutions through UAT and implement change management strategies
- Leverage SQL and Power BI to generate actionable reports and dashboards
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage JIRA backlogs
- Present findings to executive leadership using compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
- Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
