Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation for development teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements for technical teams
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly valued
