Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions across departments
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs with JIRA
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities
- Document workflows using BPMN and Visio
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Advanced SQL skills and data visualization experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement documentation artifacts
