Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into detailed business specifications
- Design and implement data models to support strategic decision-making and KPI tracking
- Facilitate workshops with executive leadership to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria
- Validate system implementations through UAT and provide continuous improvement feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirement documentation standards
