Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for fintech product development initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define strategic roadmaps and KPIs
- Translate complex requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across departments to align on project goals
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop data models and dashboards to drive data-driven decision making
- Manage JIRA backlogs and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analyst experience in SaaS or fintech industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven experience mapping complex workflows and documenting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
