Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with executive stakeholders
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools
