Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business requirements and pain points
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams
- Document requirements and maintain traceability matrices
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSM are highly valued
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
