Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional documentation using BPMN and UML
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions against business goals
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track performance metrics
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements with ROI calculations
- Manage project artifacts in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for requirements engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and UML
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record leading requirements gathering for enterprise-scale projects
- Familiarity with healthcare or fintech compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX)
