Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope
- Develop process flows, data models, and user stories
- Analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Validate solutions through UAT and implementation support
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence artifacts for project transparency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with SaaS or fintech industries
