Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define clear business objectives and functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and drive cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Create detailed documentation including use cases, user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and current system capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
