Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and functional requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure delivered solutions meet business standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience working in Scrum environments is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
