Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, eliciting needs from diverse business units and documenting them in clear, actionable User Stories.
- Design, test, and implement data-driven solutions that align with corporate strategic goals.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to support system adoption.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks before they impact business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or operations consulting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
