Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product) to define requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights through the creation of reports, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, meetings, and status updates.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee the quality assurance of new software implementations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or operations management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise technical specifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience (PMP certification is a plus).
