Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and optimization of complex business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements, define scope, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop detailed requirements specifications and functional designs for software and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and produce comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
- Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related corporate role.
- Proven experience with data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
