Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, user stories, and use cases.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS.
