Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Operations to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Requirements Analysis: Create detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide the development and implementation of new software solutions.
- Data Reporting: Design and maintain complex reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Documentation: Ensure all project documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and UAT plans, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
