Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to design optimal data solutions
- Develop comprehensive data models and visualization dashboards using SQL and Tableau

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across government and private sector clients
- Maintain and enhance data governance frameworks for compliance with federal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in government/public sector
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (PMP or CBAP a plus)
- Deep understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
