Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops for enterprise-level projects
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Perform gap analysis and process optimization using Six Sigma methodologies
- Create detailed BRDs, SRS, and user acceptance test plans
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in UML, BPMN, and process modeling techniques
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Proven track record of delivering ROI-focused analytics projects
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services regulations
