Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements using data modeling, workflow diagrams, and stakeholder interviews
- Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Finance) to implement data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track business performance
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with executive stakeholders to define project scope
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) as Scrum Master
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or consulting environments
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN methodologies
- Strong Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and API integration
