Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Document business requirements and create detailed functional specifications for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure successful implementation of new systems
- Provide ongoing support and training for business users on new processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex analytical projects
