Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create comprehensive process maps, user stories, and wireframes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq to visualize system interactions.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks within business processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical leads to design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to technical constraints and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
