Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and document functional requirements using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, QA) to define product scope, objectives, and project goals.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications to guide the development team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
- Support the QA and UAT phases to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
