Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, engineers, and designersâto define product features and roadmap.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and align team goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time role.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence) is highly desirable.
- PMP or CBAP certification is a plus.
