Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-wide digital transformation projects
- Elicit, document, and validate complex business requirements through stakeholder workshops
- Develop process flows, data models, and use cases to drive solution implementation
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future business objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear data-driven insights
- Manage JIRA backlogs and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation (BABOK-aligned)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business problems into solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
