Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven insights
- Document detailed requirements and create user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Validate solution implementations through UAT and continuous feedback loops
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and manage sprint priorities with Agile teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS or fintech clients
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping (BPMN)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across departments
- Experience with requirements documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Portfolio showcasing BA deliverables (process flows, wireframes, dashboards)
