Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document business cases
- Translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align on project deliverables and timelines
- Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and user stories
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects within Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to operational details
