Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business objectives and success metrics
- Design and implement data models using SQL and BI tools to extract actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams
- Perform gap analysis and propose optimization strategies for operational workflows
- Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to visualize KPIs and trends
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proven track record documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and user stories
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience in renewable energy, logistics, or SaaS industries highly valued
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
