Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Design and document comprehensive process flows, user stories, and functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with IT and operations to validate solution designs and ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
