Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and process documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business needs
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Facilitate UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness against business requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of documenting requirements using standard methodologies (BPMN, UML)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of healthcare or logistics industries highly preferred
