Responsibilities

- Develop detailed data models and workflow documentation
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Create dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless system integrations
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process optimization
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements elicitation
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
