Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and process flows
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs and UAT plans
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in software development environments
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong background in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
