Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using data modeling techniques
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance tracking
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process mapping and requirement documentation
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
