- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
